  Chairwoman

  Jayne Ann has over 20 years of operational and managerial experience in the personnel service industry. Prior to this, she worked for seven years in accounting and auditing activities in the oil & gas industry with a Fortune 10 company. She holds a BBA degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

  Allan A. Finch, CPA

  President & Chief Operating Officer

  Allan has been with Corporate Staffing since 1996. He worked as a public accountant for Deloitte and Touche before moving to the private sector, where he was a Manager with a Fortune 500 company. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Finance degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Fluent in the Spanish language, Allan holds a Diploma in Spanish from the Minister of Education in Madrid, Spain.
